  1. Cut the horse off at the pass: Keep things in perspective and plan to do only what you can. I’ve never had Christmas stress because if I can’t do something, I outright say ” Sorry, I can’t do that.” Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year and the joy it brings is immense. This holiday, actually, has the opposite effect on me, as it fills me with elation and any rough things that may be happening just slide right off of my back.
