I think most diets you loose the most weight that first week as most people tend to loose 3-5 pounds of water weight when starting a diet I’m curious how you’d do on something that’s more designed for long term weight loss like weight watchers I personally find it the best because it lets you have variation and flexibility in a much more sensible way.

also I think the point of all the small snacks was that eating small amounts throughout the day is suposed to increase your metabolism.

You driving before you said “starving” would make a good opening to a movie. Also, you were complaining a lot more with this than I thought you would. Come on, you’ve done way worse. Also, wow! You lost one more pound than I did. Sometimes being a girl isn’t fair. LOL. ^.^

He wasn’t actually driving. That would be unsafe for one, since he was looking at the camera instead of the road. He’s in England where the driver seat is on the other side of the car though, so Grace was probably driving.

Try going a week as a vegan.

2500 calories seems like an awful lot to help in any way with losing weight. Shouldn’t it be more around 1500?

Also, the snacks were a fine size, it’s just that we as modern humans have gotten too used to downing an entire can of Pringles in one sitting, for example. A snack isn’t supposed to be as big as the full meal, FFS.

Have you considered researching the project you are planning to make a video series on? Maybe substituting a flavour you knew you wouldn’t like for one that you would, in order to make it a fairer challenge? How about actually sticking to the meal plan provided, instead of randomly missing parts, or not thinking ahead and finding yourself left with all the same flavour?

I usually enjoy watching your stuff but this one has felt so half-arsed that I don’t think your conclusion has any value.
