AJ: AngryJoe Drives a Tank!

AngryJoe and OtherJoe get the rare opportunity to drive in and fire the main cannon and machine guns of some restored American WWII Tanks! Tanks present were the Chaffe, the Stuart and the Sherman! Because AngryJoe cannot be trusted with Live Ammunition the crew used blanks. Maybe next time! Still fun as hell and a life time experience! Mad respect for any countries Tank Crews!

  1. The Angry Army takes a stand against the evil Corporate Commander!

  2. Thank God they didn’t let you have live ammunition.

  3. If you’re a fan of old WWII era machinery, there’s a tour that makes its rounds yearly that features fully restored, working WWII planes, both fighters and bombers. They actually have crew members who flew touring with them, usually with books about their experiences for sale. It costs a pretty penny, but you can purchase the chance to ride in one of the planes as they take it for a flight. Definitely worth checking out, even if you don’t go to ride in them yourselves.

  4. This video was a bit interesting to watch because I know NOTHING about tanks.

    • I started to like tanks after watching ‘Greatest Tank Battles’ on Netflix back in 2013. (Netflix currently doesn’t have the series. Sorry.) The title isn’t entirely accurate as a lot of the CGI reenactments aren’t of great tank “battles” but rather great tank “encounters” that were documented, many of which were told by surviving tankers from WW2, the Korean War, the Golan Heights and beyond. The animations get repetitive so you may not want to watch each episode more than once. An alternate view of WW2 can be seen by watching ‘Patton 360′, which will also have a lot of repeating animations.
If after watching those you are still into tanks then your next stop is ‘Fury’ 2014. It’s more a work of fiction than history, but it’s quite entertaining. Finally there are the video games which I haven’t played but I’m sure are quite good.
Hope those suggestions help. : )

  5. Well, my dream of seeing Joe driving a tank have been realized. I had the opportunity to get in a tank when I was around 10 (in the Phalsbourg military base). They didn’t let me drive it though

    • Well, my dream of seeing Joe driving a tank have been realized. I had the opportunity to get in a tank when I was around 10 (in the Phalsbourg military base). They didn’t let me drive it though. And what I can say is that even for “younger me” it was very small in there (and darker than in your tank but it was a cloudy day). How can grown up soldiers fin in these?

  6. I’m liking the game myself. So far only on tier 1, but the best plane is the PBY and the best tank is the Panzer 2.

  7. That’s a hell of a Christmas present Joe… I’d absolutely love to drive a tank at least once 😀

  8. Dammit Joe……When can we go shoot guns.

  9. Enjoy your very slow caterpillar ride.

  10. But don’t forget to shoot something or smash down trees along the way.

  11. But still a pretty good ride which was not as slow as I thought.

  12. Still Soviet Russian T-34 and Stalin and Nazi German Panzer IV and Tiger Tanks are still better in quality, armament and speed (well at least for us Russians), still this is probably a great way to find and keep your masculinity or manliness, I’m glad you had fun somewhere in Texas, Joe.

  13. Damn that’s really cool. I’m jealous.

  14. was that gaijingoomba

  15. “Driver, stop! Tanks in the open, left tank first, H-Vap!”

    “Identified!”

    “Loaded up!”

    “FIRE!”

    “On the waaaaaaaay~” BOOM!

And that’s how Equestria’s Armored Corps was made.
