About Linkara

Atop the Fourth Wall is a show about bad comic books. Linkara finds the surreal and the stupid and breaks them down page by page. You'll know why they're idiotic and how they can be improved.

  1. SO HYPED!

It’s so cool seeing producers working together again in person and really brings back memories of the Anniversary Specials. It feels like the AT4W version of To Boldly Flee.

The 24th can’t get here fast enough!

  2. I’m excited.

I just wish you spent more time on the logo for the movie to make it look higher budget.

  3. I’m really psyched for this, it reminds me of the good old days when there would be “movies” every year… Can’t wait to see what you have planned!

  4. I honestly don’t understand the trend of internet reviewers wanting to make terrible movies about themselves.

    • Well, it’s pretty simple. If you review bad storylines in a scripted format for long enough you eventually at least consider making your own. And then out of all of those reviewers, it’s only natural that some of them would actually manage to go through with it.

  5. Squee! ^_^ Congrats, Lewis, can’t wait to see what you’ve created. I love Nash’s expressions…I’m thinking that’s going to be one of my favorite parts.

Oh, and Amkus: his viewers wanted this. He offered it on Kickstarter and we stepped up and met the production goal. He wasn’t positive it would happen and we’d all get our money back if the goal wasn’t met. Stop being a stick in the mud and have some fun with something you don’t even have to pay for. That, or keep your thoughts to yourself. I just see an entitled douche who isn’t doing anything good with their time, like so many Millennials.

  6. Eeeee! I’m so excited :D. I love your “stories” after the comic reviews most of all, so it’ll be freaking awesome to see an entire movie with them ^^. And I’m so pumped for all the other critics joining in too! It’s so cool seeing you all work as a “team” to take on “evil” again! This sounds like it’s going to be awesome!

  7. Wish I were apart of it…oh hey, wait. Is BlockBuster Buster part of it. It might serve as a huge support for him.

  8. This looks like fun!

  9. Here I am!
    Hyped like a hurricane!

  10. You mispelled “video”.

  11. Your thinking of ending the show… dude, is that a line for the movie, or are you pulling a Doug? No, I’m serious, this is a legit question.

  12. HYPE !

I can’t wait to see it! I love TGWTG I mean CA movies and this looks to be one of the most epic and involving movies yet!

  13. I remember watching a clip of this during one of Nash’s Radio Dead Air airing. I am just as excited now as I was then. Can’t wait!

  14. So Linkara is making his own movie, has a crew consisting of other AWESOME critics, AND Dr. Insano is involved too? HELL YEAH! I’m onboard with this, woot woot! 😀

P.S. because Marzgurl is involved, I hope to see both her and Linkara go Power Ranger/Super Sentai at some point in film “hopeful wishes” XD

  15. I like how you analyze your own situations. It’s like M. Night Shmalyan said, “If you want continuity, go watch a Linkara video”. You have a consistent ideology, unlike him. I knew of Doug Walker’s cameo. A pity it was spoiled in this trailer. It’s pretty long and tells a lot.

  16. “Spoonygate”, the loss of so many of the old guard, JewWario…To Boldly Flee did feel like the end of the Anniversary Specials. It was one of the things that made TGWTG.com so special, the bizarre community of personalities coming together to do something more than just reviews. It was an unique reward to us the fans for watching and supporting them through the years and I missed it. A lot. Channel Awesome just didn’t feel the same anymore.

And now this. The one guy that has had a continuing storyline for all these years so FINALLY doing something big with it. A bit smaller, but that feel is still there. A bit less comedy, a bit tighter focus and both are good things. Nash FINALLY gets onboard! YAY! And BY THE GLITTERING JOCK STRAP OF ELVIS, IS THAT A PHYSICAL SET FOR THE SHIP?!?

Ok. I’m ready. Let’s do this.

  17. MidnightScreeningsman2014

Saw the trailer on Tuesday and yes this does look epic and I’m so ready for this. It feels as if though there’s a movie on channel awesome every year this year the at4w movie last year nerd quest 2011 the uncanny valley and more and I can’t wait to see what this stacks up to.

  18. Wow! With most of the original gang, I’m hoping for a Suburban Knights feel. Here’s to hoping. I’m so excited for this! ^.^

  19. Amazing. Happy for you Lewis.
