You mentioned Gunhed? Ooooh! I thought I was the only one who remembered that movie. 🙂
(Did you know some company in Japan actually made a model kit of the Gunhed mech?)

Also, Parsifal was a Wagner opera hero, sooo… yeah not as badass name as Snake, but he is no pushover. In the Arthurian legends he comes from, he is the son of Galahad, actually – and the guy who eventually does find the Holy Grail.
