About thecinemasnob

Brad Jones portrays The Cinema Snob, a pretentious film snob who is stuck with reviewing Z-Grade exploitation flicks of the past. I'm a big guy. For you.

  1. I’m still going to see Gods of Egypt. So was the trailer misleading because the trailer made it look super awesome. What was wrong with it? You said it wasn’t historically accurate. I don’t care. You said the effects weren’t good. What about the action scenes? Did you see it in 3D? I love I, Robot. I also liked the Titans movies that I believe that this director also made. I stopped it a little early since I’m going to see it. Follow-up comment to come.

I just heard about Triple 9 earlier this week. I didn’t know what it was about though. All I know is that Falcon is in it. LOL. It doesn’t sound like the type of thing I’d be into.

    • I think this is where preference plays a big part. It sounds like God’s of Egypt is your type of movie, and I think you’ll have many fewer complaints than they did. It’s like I LOVED Green Inferno, and my opinion lined up much more with Blood Splattered Cinemas opinions on it, but then again when a movie like that comes out I go to them to see if I’ll like it, as my opinions tend to align better with them on horror. And I watch Brad’s reviews just as entertainment.
