  1. Cheese Rock, you say? Sounds good to me. This actually makes me want to check out this album.

  2. I found most of Styx’s albums as mediocre at best. That being said I adore the concept album Paradise Theater, which came out two years before Kilroy Was Here. I’m still blown away by the song “Nothing Ever Goes as Planned.” But yea, I consider Kilroy Was Here was their worst album.

  3. I went through a short phase where I wanted to like Styx. Come to think of it, I don’t have any of their songs in my top 20 favorites, probably because I’ve heard a lot of better music.

  4. Styx isn’t one of my favorite bands but I still like a number of their songs. Come Sail Away, Renegade, Too Much Time On My Hands. They’re still enjoyable enough to me.

  5. If you’re looking for another Trainwreckord, may I suggest “Drastic Measures,” by Kansas? They lost their violin player and tried to sound like Loverboy. That was the end of the (somewhat) original lineup (replacement of original lead singer on the previous album notwithstanding).

  6. mister roboto always reminded me of megaman. between the way music sounds and kind of the story as it compared to the story of the games. idk.
