    Lights on the Stove Staying On – sometimes, the indicators are just to warn you that something is hot, not necessary that it is on.

    Gas stoves are easier to control. For one thing, they heat up instantly, whereas an electric stove requires you to let it heat up first. Also, if you have large pans or woks, gas stoves are better for heating them up evenly, whereas electric stoves will concentrate all the heat at the point where they make contact. I’d much rather use a gas stove than any electric.

    If you’re looking for something to watch to take a break from something heavy, I’ve personally enjoyed the new MST3K episodes. My niece absolutely loves The Wizards of the Lost Kingdom.
