  1. An film titled “The Lazarus Effect” better involve a 600-year-old alchemist/assassin trying to kill Batman.

  2. I have an interest in The Lazarus Effect.

    Perhaps I’ll go see it.

  3. Focus isn’t my thing. I hope that I can see Terminator: Genysis and understand it because I’ve never seen another Terminator movie.

You and your dislike of non-R rated movies at times. To me, a bad movie is a bad movie. 3D is good!

  4. Zooey Deschanel as Ripley just has to happen, let’s hope someone at Funny or Die or something watches did. Terminator Genisys just doesn’t have me at this point. I agree about Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, it’s a solid show that takes the mythos seriously and definitely has a strong lead in the form of Lena Headey. The thing is that Terminator 2 is widely regarded as one of the best action movies ever made so trying to replicate that within the same franchise, which Genisys seems to be aiming for, seems like a fool’s errand. The timeline rejig in this one seems very similar to the device in Star Trek ’09, with a “prime universe” branching off.
