    On the contrary, the Blur sound is very easy to describe. Damon’s singing + Graham’s guitar + Alex’s ultra smooth bass (literally never heard smoother bass anywhere) + Dave’s military band inspired drumwork (that’s where he learned). It’s hard to imagine though, without ever hearing either of them individually.

    Also, I am in possession of their singles set from 1999 and am very happy about that. Their non album tracks are the best, as you can hear now:
