  1. The marketing experiments and micro-transactions are concern for alarm amid what looks like a stellar action adventure game.

What worries me also is the adaptation decay. The original Lord of the Rings Peter Jackson trilogy is now a timeless classic, but now we’re seeing WB move the franchise further and further from Tolkien’s visions and tone.

I love that Tolkien’s vision is finally getting the credit and mass exposure it always deserved, but the tone here is getting too far away from the beloved source material.

  2. It sucks that the game is so crashy.

  3. I don’t know about this, the micro-transactions are rather off putting.

And I didn’t even get through the first one. I’d try to sneak into a camp to take out a war chief and more often than not I’d just end up getting bum rushed by every fucking orc in the immediate vicinity. I know there’s weaknesses you’re supposed to exploit, but I just ended up getting frustrated a lot of time, especially because your enemies get stronger and mock you when you lose. Maybe I’ll give it another go, when I’m in a better state of mind sometime.

  4. It is not a rather good game. It is SHIT!

Just in the video you posted you can clearly see how utterly crap the combat system is. There are too many enemies and they PAUSE and STOP MOVING when you are attacking another enemy. Because there ARE TOO MANY OF THEM, and you would die if didnt hold back all the time……

That is worse that overly cheating AI. It is intentionally retarded AIs.

  5. I have seen an Orc bard…my life is complete…
