  1. Crossover Princess

I also noticed as a kid that the ones Team Rocket wanted matched their hair colors. Also it’s hard not to love Eevee. It starts off cute but then you can raise in a way so it could evolve in a Pokemon that fits you best, especially since it now had 8 evolutions than 3 back in the day. I even got a few Eeveelotion plushies that last time I went to Japan (though one of them was won from a UFO catcher the point still stands). Combined with how good this episode is, yeah, it’s perfect introduction to a fan favorite.

  2. Aw, I forgot how cute an Eevee is. 😍

  3. this episode was on one of the first Pokemon VHS tapes I had as a kid. So it has a huge nostalgia factor for me.

  4. YAY! Eevee Brothers! I like this episode because of how super cool the brothers were with their youngest brother. When he said no to all of them they took it so well. Need more siblings like that in anime.

  5. Ah time when there were only three Eeveelutions when now almost every type has one. There is reason why Eevee is my favorite non-legendary pokémon and that’s having all those evolutions making sure that you can turn it into what you need. That’s why it’s also only pokémon that I bother to breed when ever I play Pokémon games that have that option as well as have Eevee.

    • Hate to be disagreeable on such a small-ish point, but less than half the types have an Eeveelution (only 8 out of 18, unless you count Eevee itself, but that’s a base level and not and evolved form)

One day though, we’ll hopefully have a full type coverage 🙂

  6. So, I know it’s still 3 months worth of videos away, but I have to ask something.

You said in the beginning that you wanted to do 52 videos in a year, but that doesn’t even cover up to the point where the series took a break here in the UK (the show aired up until The Breeding Center Secret, which is episode 57)… So my question is, after you complete the 52 episodes, will you be carrying on and cover the entire Kanto region episodes?

I’m sure after doing this for a year straight, you’ll want to take a break from doing it and work on something else, but I’m sure that I’m not the only one who’ll love to see your Pokémon journey continue after 52 episodes.

  7. Am I the only one who noticed Suede stealing a joke from Phelous?
