Oh my gosh. At first, I read the title as “This is the End”. I haven’t seen this movie either.

I forget, have you seen Spirited Away? OR Totoro? Have you seen 1989 Batman? Have you seen Mary Poppins?

She did a TNS about Spirited Away months ago.

I really like this one too, though it’s actually the only part of the trilogy I’ve seen so far. Comparing it to other Edgar Wright films I personally like it a little more than Baby Driver (which is still really good) but not quite as much as Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (which is one of my favorite movies).

This is my favorite of the trilogy too, though I think “Hot Fuzz” is technically the best. It’s the only one I saw in theatres (for reasons).

Weird 80’s movie? Did you just want to say ‘Cronenberg movie’?
I mean, Videodrome (1983), Scanners (1981) and Dead Ringers (1988) are awesome weird (psi)horror movies. Even The Brood (1979, so not technically 80’s) is amazing weird movie to see.
I’d go for Videodrome which is the most famous of the bunch, but any of these are great.
