  1. Sooo… Channel Awesome went with not Egoraptor or Spazzkid for an animated content based show. This is pretty pedestrian and I suppose Doug likes it cause the guy blatantly rips off the Animaniac Warner trio…pass. Irawss is the big breakout new guy.

    • Doggy isn’t a ripoff of the Warners, the Warners were parodies of the type of characters that Doggy is based off of, that being the old-fashioned black-and-white rubber hose cartoon characters that characters such as Mickey Mouse and Popeye started out as. He’s done in this style to emphasize just how old of a toon Doggy really is and to provide a clear contrast between him and Conroy, who’s a younger, more Looney Tunes-styled toon learning from one of the greats from the early days of animation.

  2. LOL I could get into this sort of show.

  3. A combination of Sailor Moon (a popular show) and Mr Ed (a popular show in its time) . . . no wonder it’s so popular. It’s got that perfect mix of “stupid” and slap-yourself-into-a-coma “insanity” that some people just can’t resist.

  4. My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic is not, I repeat is not a combination of Sailor Moon and Mr Ed? If that were true we’d see humans in most of the episodes instead of just 2 movie. My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic is just a combination recycled version of the original My Little Pony and My Little Pony Tales. They kept the mythical stuff, magic and other elements and good friend who live in town together. The only difference is the lessons in Friendship and using the Magic of Friendship to save the day, learn a lesson and an just another reason to sell toys to little girls. Except the fan base has become for Bronys. Males between the ages of 13 to 50. Which now that I think about it it’s rather creepy. My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic my be a pretty go show, but let’s be honest, The Magic of Friendship is not a real power that can win against anything. I just think this show was either suppose to teach kids to be friends and sell toys. Mostly sell toys.
