  1. Destroyer was the best with the climatic fight between Superman vs. Darkseid. Plus the ending starting with Batman giving the Supervillains a 5 minute head start. Then from the JSA to all the versions of the Justice League with Batman being the last superhero who started the DCAU.

  2. TragicGuineaPig

Wow. There are so many great ones, I don’t even know where to begin!

And of course, that’s not even considering that you’ve got lots of different types of episodes. Most of them are dead serious (like that one where Huntress tries to assassinate that Kingpin guy), some that are just plain silly (like the one where Wonder Woman gets turned into a pig, and Batman has to sing for Circe to turn her back).

So, this week, instead of my usual routine of posting my own list first to compare to yours, I’m just going to sit back and enjoy this one.

    • TragicGuineaPig

To this day, I love the “I have no idea who this is” gag from Brain Robbery. I think they even did an homage to it in the recent Flash TV series.

I like “Greatest Story Never Told” as well. I love how Booster Gold – the hero is just about anything but a hero – is taken down several notches as he comes to realize he just doesn’t have what it really takes to be a hero (and here’s a hint: it’s not all about powers). But then, he’s confronted with the fact that he’s the only one who CAN help, and he’s forced to rise to the occasion. Frankly, that episode left such an impression on me with Booster Gold, that I never even think about the fact it’s the only episode he’s in. I could swear he had a bigger role in the series, but no, this is his only appearance.

  3. Hawkgirl was my favourite; Any episode that centres on her doings is bound to be a keeper.

  4. Somewhat unrelated, but… I wonder what’s going on with the website lately ? Number of things submitted each is dwindling pretty fast. 4-5 things, then 3, then 1 for the 5th and 6th April… I don’t remember the last time things were this slow ?

    • Check the Forums under “Producers who have left the site”.

Basically, just about everybody on CA is jumping ship due to old controversies coming back to light. Several long-time producers – including Film Brain, MikeJ, Hagan, Linkara, Stuckman, Todd, Rap Critic, and others – are gone now.

      • Well… If it hadn’t ever been more fitting before, now is a fair time for this. Yes… a fair time :
