Unidentified Flying Oddball – The Cinema Snob

Remember that time Dennis Dugan played a spaceman who ends up in King Arthur’s Court?

About thecinemasnob

Brad Jones portrays The Cinema Snob, a pretentious film snob who is stuck with reviewing Z-Grade exploitation flicks of the past. I'm a big guy. For you.

I remember this movie. It was shown on TV as “Astronaut in King Arthur’s Court.”

ANYTHING is better than two Adam Sandlers.

    11:55 – “It’s a FAAAAAAMLY Pitcha!”

15:01 – “A FAAAAAAMLY PITCHA! Just like Cool World!”

21:53 – He better hope that a posse of insane clowns doesn’t show up to question his magnet’s ability to work.

Hermes starts calling him “Dave,” and saying that he can’t do that. Later, he will start asking him what he’s doing, then sings a delightful song about bicycles. That’s what he gets for installing Windows 10 on him.

  2. Now I’m thinking of Disney’s attempt to adapt Robinson Crusoe to the 1960’s. Why would Retlaw Yensid write such a piece of garbage only redeemed by the appearance of D*ck Van D*ke?

  3. 1:21- At least, according to IMDB, this movie is better than “It’s Pat.”

If I want something that’s called “Stardust,” I’ll stick with Rogue One, thank you very much.

4:16- Phelous also did this same thing just so he could forget what happened in “A Serbian Film.”

I also wish this was Monty Python & the Holy Grail, ’cause I’ve only seen that movie ONCE.

15:30- Actually, Tom looks like he’s dressed as a rejected form of Doctor Who.

20:41- The Nostalgia Critic wanted one of those in Kickassia.

I’d like to see you review Alien Origin, since I think it’s one of your Top 10 Worst Films of 2012.

  4. Can’t wait for Cinema Snob to cover windy city next week.

OMG, that was Kenneth More sleepwalking through the role of King Arthur? What a sad comedown from Reach for the Sky (a biopic about legless WWII fighter ace Douglas Bader), A Night to Remember (the definitive Titanic movie before that OTHER movie), Scrooge (a musical version of A Christmas Carol in which he played the Ghost of Christmas Present), and Sink the Bismarck!
And why was the love interest not played by Sandy Duncan? I thought she played the love interest in all the Disney live-action films of that time. Her or Suzanne Pleshette.

  6. I some vague movie of that movie I think
