Urgh. Ninjabread Man. I haven’t played it. Instead, I got… Anubis II. And it’s an euphemism to call it the worst game I have ever played. Since I, too, like to review games, I gave that one a thorough verbal beating. This was much therapeutic. Honestly, I’m kinda wishing a video game reviewer at Channel Awesome took an in-depth look at any of the DDI trainwrecks.
Ohmigosh! Zool! I honestly did not know anyone else played that game. I have very fond memories of playing it on our Amiga. I had no idea it evolved from something else, or that Ninjabread Man was at all related to it. Actually, I think the promotional Chuppa Chups that came with the game is still floating around. Wonder if it’s still edible. 😛
My friend was arrested in a local newsagent for stealing a chupa chup once, and that’s all I can think of whenever someone mentions them 😀
He spent the rest of his school life being called “Chupa chup boy” and having that push pop jingle sang to him.
I’m surprised you didn’t mention the original version of Resident Evil 4, A.K.A. Devil May Cry.
Well I’m doing a follow up of modern games that had sequels soon, so it “sort of” falls into that.
Pretty cool game at first when I saw the title card for this video and saw ninja bread man on it I was thinking what idiot could make a sequel to one of the worst games on the wii and it turns out no one didn’t it was a sequel to zool(which totallly doesn’t deserve to be a sequel to zool btw).

Funny you should say that, There was actually a Ninjabread Man II in development, but it was cancelled when Data Design went bust in 2009.
And aren’t we all thankful it did?
