I’m not going to miss the character. He was a jerk. Still, I liked the rare non-offensive jokes. I guess Ask Lovecraft will have to give me my fix of weird questions and answers.
I know, he will be missed, at least we have the Lovely Ask Lovecraft to fill in the void…and with a handsome suit on no less 😀
This is a weird feeling. In a twisted sort of way I’m actually going to miss Ask That Guy. May he rest in peace where ever he is. (Even though I already know).

I wore a kilt precisely once in my life and I did not like it at all. My main memory is how difficult it was to use the bathroom.
But…TGWTG said I always wear kilts, so I guess it must be true. I didn’t know that I did, but I guess I’m sneaky that way, so sneaky even I don’t know it.

I think it was because TGWTG.com was getting too old, so they decided to move to a newer site.
That or Doug really did not like the old name. or if you think about it character wise it could be that sense the NC is not so self centered after To Boldly Flee he wants a new site with a name not so heavily revolving around a character he doesn’t want to use anymore. Just like tootsie pops the world will never know. that or they will just tell us why at some point.
It could also be that “Channel Awesome” is just more marketable.
Well this new site/format is even worse and harder to navigate in my opinion. What about us older PC users that don’t have huge HD monitors?!
Plus WordPress sucks balls, seriously who has used WordPress since 2005?

Many Americans don’t know this, but the ones who are in charge do. The name in the US was to a “liberty steak” during WW2 just to show Germany as little support as possible. I am not kidding.

Huh. I always assumed he was named after the site, not the other way around. Well, at least he got to take the old site down with him. It’s a better sendoff than most characters on this site got.

Well, I’m glad that I wasn’t attached to that character. I never knew that he was so crazy. I also didn’t know that that was where thatguywiththeglasses’ name came from. I learned so much. Oh, well. At least future orphans are safe now. My one complaint is that this should have been posted when the switch was really happening on Tuesday. Rest in peace, thatguywiththeglasses.com.

Would have been nice if this video actually appeared on TGWTG. I wouldn’t have had to find out about new site on youtube after 3 days of no updates.

Well, I’m sad. I was waiting for considerable amount of time for the new video from this psycho which happens to be one of my favorite characters and after all the wait he dies in it.
But there is still hope since he might as well return since I don’t think he’s particularly welcome in either heaven or hell, so he might as well be immortal.
But I digress. Even though I’ll miss the old site, new one looks rather pleasant, hope it’ll operate better than the previous one.
So, why didn’t the bum just take of TGWTG’s house? And, what’s happened to the older reviewers’ content?
