I’m disappointed to hear the Killing Joke wasn’t all that good. Ah, well.
I agree with the whole Batgirl and Batman thing too, it was out of place in *Batman Beyond and out of place here too. Like you said: it’s a fanfic idea that Timm has had for years now.
*Bruce and Barbara were doing it while they were still in costume and only broke up after Joker got killed by Tim.
I have no interest in seeing The Killing Joke. I’m only vaguely familiar with the original story. Also, I don’t like things that are too dark.
I REALLY REALLY have no interest in seeing Ice Age 5. Just like the Chipmunks franchise, I was a little kid when this franchise started. Now I’m in my twenties! Why is it still going? I mean, I still like the original Ice Age but that’s it. Oh, and yeah, that story was funny. One last thing: I think hashtags also work on Instagram, Dave.
I saw the Killing Joke, and it was so fucking weird. That first part with Paris France was just beyond bizarre to me.
I own the book and i know what goes on, however, you should only provide enough content to make sure the character is established, you don’t use up half the fucking movie to do so.
And you certainly don’t add a villain that is set for a modern time when this timeline is set clearly around the 60/80’s. I mean, this guy has freaking phones and laptops and stuff, and it just seems completely out of place. Look at the dress code of the first half and the last half, their decades apart.
They could’ve made just a simple adventure going wrong for Batgirl and then used up the additional money to make this movie look better. Because I’ll be honest, the animation, in my oppinion really is very “meh” as far as animated movies go.
