Do you buy your potato salad premade, or do you add the pickles yourself? I use the same recipe for potato salad and chicken salad. Mayo, salt and pepper, dried onion flakes, dash of Tabasco, then depending on my mood, either dill weed and celery seed, or else parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme. The only difference is whether I add potato or chicken; it tastes great either way.
