I tackle the cult classic “Miami Connection” (1987), where a college rock band is the only thing that can stop a gang of drug-dealing ninjas!

Now I’m suddenly interested in the Rifftrax Live event for this on Tuesday.
Hey, you should’ve been interested in that regardless of my video! 😉
Got my tickets for Thursday…..The ROOM was HI-Freaking-Larious. Suggested “Rock and Roll Nightmare” a while back, and I think the RIFF boys are going to go for it!
Dam this movie is one definitely gonna watch with some friends when I get into college(and am totally looking forward to watching it on the Internet myself if that’s how entertaining it is). Once I heard you were reviewing this movie,I remembered the cinema snob reviewed it and wanted to hate this review but I ended up liking better then his(so good job on that one). Now to listen and sing that song forever(were in to win xd see totally catchy).
I saw this because of Best Of The Worst (it survived BTW). So yeah, the ending, the murdery murdery ending!
A thoroughly entertaining review to an embarrassingly cheesy movie.
Excellent job.
As everything with Ninja as robbers instead as spies and assassins..
I also forget to mention that true Ninja costume is navy blue, though most true Shinobi work as maids, household workers, or as bankers (zaibatsu).
cool now i know where where “friends forever” from fc3 blood dragon came from,
This is one of my favorite “so bad it’s good” movies. It’s got nearly everything you could ask for from a bad, yet loveable movie.
Is it just me or are you getting a serious Brad Jones/Cinema Snob vibe? can we get a crossover some time soon?
This movie could always use some tongue-in-cheek snark :p Wow the exposition from those characters! It’s just so off that Jane was fine about her brother’s death; she wasn’t worried about losing her funds to stay at school & even her dorm? At least she could keep singing about saving the world from ninjas.
Wait: John, Jane, Jeff, Jim, Jack (and even John Oates)?
