Finally! Not many people are reviewing this movie. I hated this franchise even as a kid. Still, I might rent out this movie if I’m ever bored based on your recommendation.
The kids are not in middle school. They’re in elementary school. Even Krupp in the movie says it out loud: “Ever since you’ve attended this elementary school…”

Anyway, yes, I definitely recommend it! I read the books 1-8 at the time up to middle school, and this movie brought my childhood to life on the big screen! Absolutely adored it!
