With the remake of Death Wish in theaters, The Cinema Snob checks out the wildly over the top 1985 sequel Death Wish 3.

About thecinemasnob

Brad Jones portrays The Cinema Snob, a pretentious film snob who is stuck with reviewing Z-Grade exploitation flicks of the past. I'm a big guy. For you.

It wasn’t until a couple of weeks ago that I realized that the Death Wish remake was directed by Eli “Ooh, faced” Roth. Sorry It took me that long. I was busy getting ready for movies I actually plan on seeing in 2018.

1:16- On an episode of The Simpsons, Bart called Rocky 5 “Rocky V.”

2:40- What does the opening credits think this movie is? A Death Wish sequel or Cannibal Ferox?

4:45- Wow. The cops of 1985 are just like the cops of 2015-2017.

13:35- At least in her next life, she became Deana Troi from Star Trek. Seriously, I looked on Wikipedia, and that IS actress Marina Sirtis as Maria Rodriguez 2 years before starring in Star Trek: The Next Generation.

16:53 & 20:40- LOL! Can never get enough of the political humor on this show.

Christ, the climax in this film is about as chaotic as a battle scene in a World War II movie.

Man, this review has made me hungry.
