    I loved this movie. The banshee scene still scares the shit out of me, and I think it was actually a good call putting it at #1 for Scariest Nostalgia Moments. Is the effect dated? Yeah, but it’s still scary as hell! I love this film, and it’s so under rated.

    I read up a bit on Janet Munro, the actress playing Katie O’Gill, and she died at 38. 🙁

    For the week of St. Patrick’s Day, TCM was airing this movie, so I watched it. I have more or less the same feelings towards it.
