If I remember right, and it’s been ages since I seen it. But I believe The Three Caballeros was one of the first Disney films I saw… also I think Panchito was a rooster.
Yes, Panchito is a rooster or more specifically, a reference to a “gamecock” or fighting rooster. Remember, the blood sport of cock fighting was (and in some spots is) a big sport in much of the world of the Three Caballeros. Doug, ask you Navy father if he ever made it to Subic Bay (Philippines) and had a chance to see a “Sabong.”
