About thecinemasnob

Brad Jones portrays The Cinema Snob, a pretentious film snob who is stuck with reviewing Z-Grade exploitation flicks of the past. I'm a big guy. For you.

  1. Wow. I’ve only seen one trailer for the Middle School movie but I had no idea it would be crazy like you were saying. O.O

You didn’t like Luke Evans in Dracula Untold? O.O I probably won’t be seeing The Girl on the Train since I don’t like American sleaze. Also, is a Queen of Katwe review coming?

Not going to lie, was not expecting there to be A Tale of Two Sisters’ twist in a middle school movie.

  3. Double dose of Brad and Mathew = twice the fun!
Question for Mathew: how many tickets could you buy in the US for the price of 1 ticket back in the UK (10£ in my local megablandcomplex)?

  4. Cinnamon Scudworth

Oh no, what happened to Mathew’s hair? It’s disappearing!

  5. See the worst part is, I’m actually a really big fan of the book. And from what you described, they BUTHCERED it in the movie.

The book actually is a lot darker, like the fact that the mom leaves the step dad cause he slaps her down the patio, and that Rafe actually gets expelled and almost sent to juvie, but the school doesn’t press charges.

I was really hopping the movie would do better to represent the book.
