Actually, yes, the police have to explain that the person cannot have contact with the protected and that they must leave an establishment if the protected person is there. And the bipolar disorder explanation pisses me off and I’m not bipolar. Nor was he psychopathic because he wasn’t delusional or hallucinating. He was sociopathic. Js.
Possibly narcissitic, too.
