I don’t understand “Dad film”…wouldn’t that be like Death Wish or Escape Plan or The Accountant?
These movies you mention are geared at teenage boys and dude-bros, not older middle age men or dads.
Don’t get me wrong, there’s good and bad movies in both those target demographics – but I think you’re assuming the wrong audience here.
