Happy Easter! I just got back from seeing this and it was good. I admit the characters could have been better. It really is a beautiful film. I wish they had modern cartoon characters. You know, like Pinkie Pie or Dipper.
This was nothing but fun for me. xD Want to watch again in 3D oh yeah
Just saw it. I didn’t think I was going to like it but I did, probably because I grew up in the 80s and 90s so it really was a great nostalgia trip for me. I’ll probably buy it on Bluray when it comes out, simply because there’s so much neat stuff in there that I couldn’t possibly take it all in even if I saw it in the theater five times.
Honestly though, although it may appear to be something new for the inexperienced it’s really just a jumble of things we’ve seen before in other movies. At least it looked nice.
And I totally had that ‘Masters of the Universe’ lunch box when I was a kid. 🙂 Sold mine years ago in a garage sale and it was great to see one again.
