Well, Mr. Walker, if you are looking for something with more of a nostalgic tie-in, then I would recommend the 1990 film “Happily Ever After.” That hellish attempt at an unauthorized sequel to Disney’s Snow White ought to generate plenty of good jokes for a review. Brace yourself, man; it’s pretty bad.
I second it!
Did this really get so many requests? Are you going to do Lego Batman, Captain Underpants, Cars 3 and Coco too? Because at this rate you might as well do all of last year’s animated movies. I wonder what other reason besides “heavily requested” and “I’ll review what I want, when I want” he’s using to justify reviewing this. I feel like something more substantial is needed
By the way, I love this movie, even though it was definitely confusing as the mom was visibly pregnant yet there was no baby growing in her?
Oh, God. I decided to let my mom pick what movie she wanted to see for once and she picked this movie.
-_- We were the only ones in the theater… I think I only laughed about 5 times in this movie. It was a 3 out of 10 but it was still the worst movie I saw in the year it came out. Although, the multiple parent scene was showing the passing of time I thought.
Please review the 1986 film Dangerously Close just because I fucking hate that film!
I’ve kept asking for it, and I’ll ask for it again, do a review on Casper Meets Wendy. I mean you thought the first one was bad? You don’t even know how bad this movie is, and where the first one had some charm, this is just a mess.
It’s a movie based on a children’s book.
The only Dreamworks Animation movies from this decade not to get an animated series or another feature are Megamind and Rise Of the Guardians.
I actually kind of enjoyed this one, although I’ve seen far weirder stuff and I didn’t go into this expecting much. I was also with my now ex who couldn’t see anything rated higher than PG. I think this movie’s strangeness is its biggest strength. I have no intention of owning this movie but I think it was worth seeing once. I definitely prefer it to The Good Dinosaur.
If you’re taking requests, I’d love to see you rip Arthur and the Invisibles apart. Is there anything weirder than Madonna voicing a cgi teenage girl and flirting with a sometimes-cgi ten year old boy?
“Nostalgia” Critic
oh yes, because this movie is soooo old.
