Yeah, I remember this coming out when I was in high school. It was all anybody could talk about, like this was the next great horror movie, “It was so gross and scary!” blah blah. Frankly, I never felt like seeing it, but from all I know of it and the brief stuff I have seen, it just kinda comes across as boring and silly. It doesn’t even have a hook of pretension, just general “Well, yup, this is what you paid for… enjoy, I guess…?”
