  1. Top 11

    11. Airheads (Just a straight up fun flick for a metal guy like myself)
    10. Reign Over Me (Underrated, relatively unknown sadly of one of Adam’s best acting performances)
    9. Anger Management (Jack Nicholson is mostly the reason why it’s on here)
    8. Hotel Transylvania 2 (Surprisingly kept up with the 1st film’s charm and likability)
    7. Hotel Translvyania 1 (Surprisingly a great animated film)
    6. 50 First Dates (Another great outtake between Adam and Drew)
    5. Click (If this came out in the 90’s, people would be deeming this a classic Adam Sandler film)
    4. Punch Drunk Love (A hard to define great film with an awesome performance by Adam)
    3. The Wedding Singer (Great romance chemistry, great 80’s tunes, clothes, 80’s everything)
    2. Happy Gilmore (The perfect film showcasing what made Adam Sandler relevant in the first place with SNL)
    1. The Meyerowitz Stories (It is indeed his best acting he’s ever done. And i love the story and characters. Very relatable with my own life)

  2. I’m gonna be honest, looking at some of his good early stuff without the shaders of Nostalgia? They’re just as dumb as his bad more recent stuff, it just wasn’t as EVERYWHERE yet, but like Happy Gilmore hasn’t aged well especially with hindsight from his other films.

    • Also I think counting Airheads doesn’t count for a better reason than “it’s not a masterpiece” and more because it’s not an Adam Sandler movie. Like…yeah he’s in it and plays a major role, but he’s not the main character, or head of what motivates things. Calling Airheads and Adam Sandler movie would be like calling Happy Gilmore a Ben Stiller movie. It’s just not accurate. You might as well switch it for the second half of Click.

  3. Seriously? No Click? Well, that’s disappointing. Click and 50 First Dates are really the only two Adam Sandler movies I love. Click is probably one of my all-time favorites, too, due to how much it both made me laugh AND made me cry. I can’t believe it’s not on your list.

  4. I have never groaned HARDER at a movie than I have with “Don’t mess with the Zohan” It was awful. Beyond awful. I don’t even usually comment, but I’m sorry, it’s THAT awful. I’m not mad at Doug or anything, apparently two of the dudes I saw this with thought it was hilarious, but, and yes it is my opinion, but this movie made my stomach churn. And if I remember correctly, they were trying to be funny about middle-east unrest through hair salons? ugh.

“The Wedding Singer” though? One of my faves!

  5. There are only 3 movies in my whole life I didn’t watch through until the end. The Wedding Singer is one of them. I was just so uninterested and bored that i gave up about 1/3 in.

It is also the only one on this list I have seen. I really liked Sandler in SNL, and some of his music, but man I don’t like him in movies.

  6. Blaze The Movie Fan

My personal favorite is Click, it’s such a great and heart-whelming movie. Not to mention the concept is fucking awesome.

  7. I don’t see this as any feat… I mean, the Simpsons had a Jim Carrey 40 CLASSIC films marathon…

  8. I like him and his movies

    #9.It is quite good

#7.Its a dumb movie but i do like it it is fun

    #4.Never saw it
    #3.Really fun
#2.I do not get how Mavis could be interested in that Carrot and even have a kid
    #1.This is quite good
He has many more really good movies

  9. I am shocked that Spanglish didn’t make the list.

  10. The Waterboy is Sandlers all time best movies in my opinion, also missing for me would be Billy Madison, Little Nicky, Big Daddy, Mr Deeds and Pixels.
