Mr. Mime’s powers are okay. However, its design is no. Just no. I’m not going to say much about Jinx besides this: Good thing they made it purple or else it would be even more awkward than it already is. I like Magicarp’s design and I like Goldeen’s design as well.
I’m surprised Ratata didn’t make the list. It’s quite useless and only evolves into the slightly less but still very useless Raticate.
